Vandals threaten Clarence cricket HQ

Persistent vandalism to the cricket pitch at Grafton’s premier cricket ground, Ellem Oval, reached absurd levels at the weekend. Wet weather made the already damaged surface unplayable.</p><p>The winner of that game plays the loser of the qualifying final on the following weekend. The loser is eliminated for the season.
