Travel Boom Rolls Into Lismore with New Outdoor Expo

Australia’s continuing enthusiasm for camping, caravanning and exploring the country by road will be on display in Lismore when a new outdoor lifestyle event arrives in the city this week.
The inaugural Lismore Outdoor Adventure plus Home & Lifestyle Expo will take over the Lismore Showgrounds from Friday, August 14 to Sunday, August 16, 2026, bringing outdoor recreation and lifestyle industries together for three days.
The event will showcase caravans, camping equipment, touring accessories and outdoor living products, giving Northern Rivers residents an opportunity to explore products and services in one location while accessing practical advice.
Australian Events Director Bob Carroll said the expo reflected changing lifestyle priorities among Australian families.
“People are looking for more ways to enjoy the outdoors, explore regional Australia and make the most of their leisure time. The Northern Rivers is a natural fit for an event like this,” Mr Carroll said.
