Dust off your boots and get that cowboy hat jammed on your head.

The Grindstone Ranch Country Show is about to take off at Hotel Brunswick on October 16th from 6pm.

“It is a fun, high energy, inclusive night of country music and line dancing,” said co-founder, Chev Wilson.

Chev and his wife Tahlia Matheson have teamed up with world champion line dancer, Dusty Rose, and a seven-piece country band to provide a night of enjoyment for all ages.

“Dusty sings in the Grindstone Ranch Band but the show starts with her teaching everyone how to line dance,” said Chev.

“We play all the biggest hits of country music, from the favourites like Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton, to the new faces including Luke Combs and Zach Bryan.”

While the band has been around for only 12 months, Chev said they have been performing on the rodeo circuit in Queensland and people have been having great nights.

“We aim at keeping ticket prices accessible so that good live music is available to all people,” said Chev.

“Tickets are $35 each and children under 18 are free.

“It’s all about bringing life back into country music and creating fun and inclusion for everyone, for the old hearts and the younger crowd.”
