Wanted man charged with traffic and property offences – Central West PD
A man wanted on an outstanding warrant in the state’s central west has been charged.
About 7.30am yesterday (Wednesday 3 April 2024), police were patrolling Parkes when they sighted a Holden ute in a driveway at a home on Victoria Street, Parkes.
Police spoke with the occupant of the home and arrested a 31-year-old man inside. He was taken to Parkes Police Station.

Following inquiries, the outstanding warrant was executed for traffic-related offences, and he was also charged with:
drive conveyance taken without consent of owner (x3)
break and enter house steal value
Enter enclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse (x2)
Larceny (x2), and
destroy or damage property (x5).
The man was refused bail to appear at Parkes Local Court today (Thursday 4 April 2024).
