Essential items at the Distribution Hub
The Ballina Distribution Hub is open 10am to 2pm Tuesday to Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays.
If you have been flood-affected, you can drop into the Flood Recovery Distribution Hub for free goods and supplies (subject to availability) including:

- Clothing, shoes, toiletries, and cleaning products.
- Bedding, mattresses, and small household goods.
- Toys.
Distribution Hub is currently accepting donations of:
-
- Clothing (particularly warm clothing).
- New small electrical items.
- Nappies/pull ups (from size 2 upwards preferred).
- Cleaning products.
- Non-perishable food items.
- Toiletry products such as shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste.
- Floor rugs, towels, and pillows (new only).
- Pet food for cats and dogs.
If you have a donation please contact the Distribution Hub on 0460 947 439 before your arrival so the team can ensure there is space for it to be stored.
The hub cannot accept furniture or large household items at this time due to storage and space restrictions. Larger items can be donated via GIVIT. For more information visit givit.org.au
!! Please note: There are currently no government agencies onsite at the hub, however community needs will continue to be assessed. Further updates will be provided in future editions of the eNews.
Support is still available by calling Service NSW on 13 77 88 seven days a week.
