Check Eligibility and Apply for Disaster Assistance NSW Northern Rivers
NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Recovery and Lismore MP Janelle Saffin is urging residents affected by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred to check their eligibility and apply for disaster assistance provided by the Minns and Albanese governments.
“Thousands across the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast, and Northern Tablelands have been impacted by flooding, prolonged power outages, and cyclone damage. I thank the NSW and Federal Governments for moving quickly to ensure disaster declarations and early assistance,” Ms. Saffin said.
Residents in Lismore City, Tweed Shire, Byron Shire hinterland, Kyogle, and Tenterfield Shire (all disaster-declared LGAs in the Lismore Electorate) should check their eligibility for financial support to aid recovery.
